HOW TO APPLY Cornell Faces Cornell Campus

Transfer Students: Transfer Day

If you're interested in transferring to the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, the College of Human Ecology, or the School of Industrial and Labor Relations, you may want to visit the university on Transfer Day, held typically each year in early November. This event provides a wonderful opportunity for you to sample the Cornell experience firsthand and learn a lot more about the university and the three sponsoring undergraduate colleges. Faculty, staff, and students who transferred to Cornell in the past year or two will be on available to talk with you and answer your questions.

Typical Schedule
8:30-9:00 Registration and Refreshments
9:00-10:30 Welcome and General Information
10:45-3:00 Individual Undergraduate College Programs
3:00 Optional Campus Tour

The individual college programs include a range of activities geared toward transfer students' interests---college information sessions, student panel discussions, walking tours, lunch with Cornell students, small-group discussions of individual academic majors, and general question/answer sessions, for example. Visit the Transfer Day Web site for details.
